How to make a human roar2021
20 June 2021
I AM UNDONE vol. 1
Pyramiden, SALT art and musicperformance/workshop (20 min)
As an introduction to the workshop, the performer walks around the audience and serves a glass of water to everyone. Then the performer moves to the stage, and invites the audience to participate in the workshop How to make a human roar. The performer leads the audience through 3 stages of instruction. The first is a physical warm-up, where the audience is asked to follow the movements and sounds of the performer. In the second stage everyone is asked to close their eyes and focus on collecting all their pain in one part of the body. In the third and last stage everyone is asked to repeat the previous exercise, and then let it all out in a roar. Whenever anyone feels the impulse to roar, they are invited to do so.
